THE ROOSTER BROTHERS
Gloucester's Blues Trail (part 2)

On the evening of Saturday 7th August 1999 I went to the WELSH HARP PUB, Gloucester (which is just a few yards from the ENGLAND'S GLORY PUB that I was in the previous night), this time it was to see a band called THE ROOSTER BROTHERS, who were also performing as part of Gloucester's Blues Trail.

I thought the band were great and really enjoyed their own compositions, although they also performed covers of TURN TURN TURN, a hit for the BYRDS, and GAMES PEOPLE PLAY by JOE SOUTH to name but a few.

Although I left the room before the performance was over I still heard the whole gig as my taxi was late. Funny thing was when I got in the taxi, the first track on the radio/tape player was GAMES PEOPLE PLAY by JOE SOUTH.
